PIQ Client Send Guard

An Outlook add-in that stops an email from being sent to more than one external client (or with attachments that mention another client) until you confirm it.

When Outlook blocks a send

1. Select Review clients in the alert.
2. Check which clients the email reaches, then tick “Yes, I am aware I am sending to different clients.” and select OK.
3. Select Send again.

Changing recipients or attachments after confirming requires confirming again.

“The client send check could not complete”

The check is mandatory: if it can’t run, the email stays unsent. Try again; if it keeps happening, contact IT and include the “Details” text from the message.
